The flavors of the Adriatic see are the great protagonists of our cuisine. We use fresh fish from the Venetian and Friulian fishing markets, cooking it in a delicate way and respecting the rhythm of the seasons. Seasonal seafood crudités, handmade ravioli, risotto, traditional fish and Vittoria’s traditional “Gran Fritto” are some of our guests’ favorite dishes.
Without forgetting the traditions of the Friulian mountains: buckwheat blecs, pitina from Val Tramontina, sweet red onion from Cavasso, San Daniele and Sauris hams, frico, many traditional cheeses, “cinquantin wheat” polenta, Friuli’s white asparagus and wild herbs.
I sapori dell’alto Adriatico sono i grandi protagonisti della nostra cucina. Lavoriamo il pesce fresco proveniente dai mercati pescherecci veneti e friulani, cucinandolo in modo delicato e rispettando il ritmo delle stagioni. Le crudité di mare, i ravioli, i risotti, l’orata al forno, i pesci cotti nel sale e il gran fritto del Vittoria sono alcuni dei piatti preferiti dai nostri Ospiti.
Senza dimenticare le tradizioni della montagna friulana: i blecs di grano saraceno, la pitina della Val Tramontina, la cipolla rossa di Cavasso, i prosciutti San Daniele e Sauris, il frico, i tanti formaggi tradizionali, la polentina di grano cinquantin, gli asparagi bianchi friulani e le erbette spontanee.

A fragrant and very light hand-made puff pastry, stuffed with a delicious (and abundant) cream chantilly and garnished with a sauce of red fruits. All sprinkled with sweet icing sugar.
